We appreciate your interest in PostCure. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a 7-day trial period during which you can request a refund.
This trial period begins the day you receive the product.
This trial is applicable for the Bum and BackHeal cushion only.

In order to be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging, with no signs of damage
- The refund request must be submitted within the 7-day trial period

- Provide your order number, details, and product photos with a brief explanation of the reason for the refund
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days

Upon receiving your refund request, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product shows sign of damage, or does not meet the specified conditions.
